Getting Started with Lifemax
Step 1: ENROLL
Enroll online by registering your distributorship for 39.95 USD, electing your Team Office package, selecting your payment preferences, and checking out.
Your 39.95 USD enrollment includes your Business Builder Kit, your first 30 days of your Team Office including self-replicated websites with e-commerce integration, and the rights and responsibilities of becoming a Lifemax Independent Distributor.
At this basic level, you are awarded your Business Center and are eligible to earn Direct Sales Commissions by selling product to Preferred and Retail Customers as well as Product Activation Bonuses generated from the Product Activation Orders of distributors you personally sponsor. There is no purchase requirement to begin earning through the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
Step 2: ACTIVATE
While no product purchase is required to become a distributor, Lifemax is a product-driven company and bases all earned commissions and overrides on the sale and consumption of Mila. Your business will grow and flourish more quickly if you are a satisfied product user and have product on hand to share with others. When choosing the product package with which to "activate" your business, we recommend choosing the one you feel best suits the goals and needs of your new distributorship. 1
When you place a qualifying Product Activation Order, you activate your Lifemax Business Center. To remain "active" after the initial 60-day grace period following the purchase of a Product Activation Order, your distributorship must accrue a minimum of 60 PBV (Personal Business Volume) in a rolling 30-day period (or 120 PBV in a rolling 60-day period). Product orders from Retail and Preferred Customers as well as orders for personal use or resale qualify as PBV.
In order to provide several choices in regard to the quantity of product with which to launch your business, there are currently three Product Activation Packages available: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Points Of Presence: With your purchase of the Platinum package, Lifemax will distribute 50 of your 80 packages of product as POPs (Points of Presence) to whomever you choose and pay the cost of shipping. The Platinum POP program is extended to you for a period of 180 days. Simply enter the contact information of those that you want to share your product with in the POP module of your back office. After 180 days, any remaining product from your Platinum package which has not yet been designated for shipping to the Customer or Prospect of your choice will be returned to you at the shipping address listed in your Team Office. The Platinum package also includes a re-entry certificate that allows you to re-penter your downline genealogy with another single Business Center at a later date once you have reached the rank of Diamond Director.
Step 3: QUALIFY
You've enrolled and activated. The next step is to begin building your business and qualify. You qualify your Business Center by personally sponsoring an enrolled and activated distributor on both your left and right team legs. Be sure to also personally maintain a minimum of 60 BV in each rolling 30-day period to remain active and qualified.
A distributor must be active to be qualified. A distributor must be active and qualified to be eligible to receive Group Volume Bonus, Business Partnership Bonus and Maximizer Bonus.
Congratulations! You are now what we call EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified). You've achieved Rank Level One and are now eligible to begin enjoying the significant financial rewards of the Lifemax Business Opportunity.
Important Reminder: The required Personal Business Volume to advance and/or maintain rank and to remain active and qualified is 60 PBV in any rolling 30-day period (or 120 PBV in a rolling 60-day period).
1. Retail and Preferred Customer Direct Sales Commissions
Selling Lifemax products directly to your customers and building a team that does the same is the foundation of your Lifemax business. Simply put, you earn income by purchasing Lifemax products at wholesale prices and selling them at retail. In addition to retail sales, you can enroll Preferred Customers and earn on every purchase they make. For each one unit of Lifemax Mila purchased by a Retail Customer, you earn a 10 USD sales commission. For each unit of Mila purchased by a Preferred Customer, you earn a 5 USD sales commission, plus 30 BV accrues to the team leg specified by your Team Office placement setting. Preferred Customers also receive a position in your placement tree which remains their Business Center should they choose to enroll as a Lifemax Independent Distributor at a later date. Sales from Retail and Preferred Customers are credited toward your minimum activity requirement, as are the products you purchase for resale and personal use. You need not be personally active or qualified at the time the order is placed to earn profit from the sales made to Retail or Preferred Customers, though it is highly recommended in order to take advantage of the additional aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
2. Product Activation Bonus (PAB)
When you sponsor a new distributor who purchases a Product Activation Order, you receive a Product Activation Bonus (PAB). This bonus pays 30% commission on the BV value of the package purchased by your new personally-sponsored distributor. Fifty percent (50%) of the PAB is paid at the time of activation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is paid to the sponsor if their new distributor qualifies their Business Center (becoming EAQ) within his or her first 60 days.
Example:

As with the direct sales commissions, you need not be personally active or qualified at the time the Product Activation Order is placed to earn the PAB, though it is highly recommended in order to take advantage of the additional aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
3. Group Volume Bonus (GVB)
The Group Volume Bonus is another foundational element of the Lifemax Compensation Plan. The Group Volume Bonus portion of the plan is calculated from your placement tree, which consists of two legs, left and right (Fig. 1). You are compensated based on successfully building sales volume within your placement tree. Your sponsor (or anyone else in your placement tree) may also place people in your placement tree.
As a new distributor, your focus is on developing a handful of Retail and Preferred Customers, and building a team to do the same. As your group grows, you are entitled to a 10% GVB based on the total weekly sales volume generated in your lesser leg.
You must be active (with at least 60 PBV in the previous rolling 30-days or 120 PBV in the previous 60-days) and have at least one personally-sponsored and activated distributor on both your left and right team legs to be eligible to earn GVB. Any unpaid volume carries over to the following week. Each Saturday at midnight, your team's BV accumulated in your placement tree's left and right legs will be totaled, and if you have 60 BV or greater in your lesser leg, the GVB will be calculated. If active and qualified, you will earn a Group Volume Bonus equivalent to 10% of the total accumulated Business Volume (based on product sales) of the leg with the lesser BV (your "lesser leg"). The BV upon which the GVB is calculated is determined from both team legs each time a group volume bonus cycles, regardless of weather you are qualified to earn the GVB.
Note:
While PBV in excess of 60 BV in a 30-day period is not required, it is rewarded in the Lifemax Compensation Plan in two ways; however, BV attributed to Product Activation Orders and Upgrades are excluded from both of the following:
1. Large Leg Stabilizer (LLS) - PBV measured dynamically each Saturday night at midnight for the previous rolling 30-day period earns retention of BV that would otherwise be deducted from the large team leg. The LLS is calculated and credited weekly.Monthly BV:
150 PBV OR GREATER = 50% LLS
(50% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)
300 PBV OR GREATER = 100% LLS
(100% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)
2. Personal BV Bonus - bonus calculated and paid monthly to distributors who accrue Personal BV (PBV) at specified thresholds above the required 60 PBV to remain active.Monthly BV:
300 PBV earns a 25 USD Bonus after the close of the month
500 PBV earns a 45 USD Bonus after the close of the month
1,000 PBV earns a 90 USD Bonus after the close of the month
For the following examples, let Team A be your left leg and Team B be your right leg.
Example:
If at the end of the week, Team A has 50,000 BV and Team B has 20,000 BV, your Group Volume Bonus would be 2,000 USD (10% of 20,000 BV). In this example-after bonus calculation-both Teams' volume is reduced by 20,000 BV, resulting in Team B volume resetting to 0 BV and Team A volume decreasing to 30,000 BV, which would be carried over to the next pay period. If, however, at the time of GVB calculation, your Personal Business Volume (PBV) in the previous rolling 30-day period is equal to or exceeds 150 PBV, a fifty percent (50%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 50% of what would otherwise have been deducted from your Team A (larger leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 40,000 BV in Team A.
Should your 30-day PBV equal or exceed 300 PBV, a one-hundred percent (100%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 100% of what would otherwise have been deducted from Team A (large leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 50,000 BV in Team A.
4. Business Partnership Bonus (BPB)
When a personally-sponsored distributor earns a Group Volume Bonus, you qualify for a matching bonus of that distributor's Group Volume Bonus check, called a Business Partnership Bonus. This bonus is designed to encourage close work with personally-sponsored distributors to help them sell product and advance through the ranks of the compensation plan. The Business Partnership Bonus starts at 10% and increases to 50% based on your qualified rank.
Example:
If your personally-sponsored distributor earned a 1,000 USD Group Volume Bonus and you were qualified at the 10% level, you would earn a 100 USD Business Partnership Bonus. If you were qualified at the 50% level, you would earn a 500 USD Business Partnership Bonus (see chart below).

5. Maximizer Bonus
One of the most unique aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan is the weekly Maximizer Bonus, designed to create long-term, reliable residual income. The Maximizer Bonus is a fully integrated unilevel payout based on your personal enrollment tree (Fig. 2) that pays a FULLY-COMPRESSED 40% of total monthly BV through eight (8) generations on all BV to active and qualified distributors (excluding BV paid out through the Product Activation Bonus).
As your rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Maximizer Bonus. Once a qualified "paid as" distributor rank or higher is found on any leg, it completes the first generation of distributors for that particular leg.

6. Mentor Bonus
Another foundation of building a successful Lifemax business is helping your personally-sponsored distributors become EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified). Each time a personally-sponsored distributor reaches the rank of EAQ, you earn a one-time 50 USD Mentor Bonus, regardless of the timeframe in which EAQ status is earned.
As a reminder, another advantage of helping your personally-sponsored distributor earn the rank of EAQ is that you receive the remaining 50% of the Product Activation Bonus for the sale of the Product Activation Order if your new distributor becomes EAQ during his or her first 60 days.
7. Developer Bonus Pool
To give distributors an opportunity to earn significant transitional income, Lifemax sets aside 2% of its global Business Volume (BV) each month and places it into a pool to support the Developer Bonus. Shares of this Developer Bonus Pool are awarded to the Top Ten distributors who create the most personal EAQs that month - that is, those who mentor the most personally-sponsored distributors to EAQ rank during a specific calendar month.
Example:
If 1,000,000 BV is sold worldwide in one month, 2% x 1,000,000 BV = 20,000 USD in Developer Bonus Pool monies that month. When divided among the Top 10 EAQ-makers, each would receive a 2,000 USD share of that month's pool.
All active and qualified distributors are eligible to participate in this lucrative monthly pool. Eligibility may cross month lines. That is, if a new distributor enrolls in November and becomes EAQ in December, the sponsor will be credited with an EAQ for the December Developer Bonus Pool. There is no time limit currently imposed on how long it might take to bring an enrolled and activated distributor to EAQ rank in order to be counted as a new EAQ for purposes of Developer Bonus eligibility.
Note: In the event of a tie, those distributors with the highest Personal Business Volume (PBV) accrued during the month will be awarded a place in the Top 10 Developer Bonus winners.
8. Senior Leadership Bonuses
Once you achieve the highest Leadership Ranks in the Lifemax plan, you qualify to receive Senior Leadership Bonuses. These bonuses have yet to be quantified, but will be in the future.
Lifemax Compensation Plan pays bonuses and commissions weekly, one week in arrears, with the exception of certain monthly bonus pools. Commissions are calculated each Saturday at Midnight MT and paid at the end of the following week. The schedule of commission payments to certain international markets may be delayed an additional week, and varies depending upon the market.

6. Mentor Bonus
Another foundation of building a successful Lifemax business is helping your personally-sponsored distributors become EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified). Each time a personally-sponsored distributor reaches the rank of EAQ, you earn a one-time 50 USD Mentor Bonus, regardless of the timeframe in which EAQ status is earned.
As a reminder, another advantage of helping your personally-sponsored distributor earn the rank of EAQ is that you receive the remaining 50% of the Product Activation Bonus for the sale of the Product Activation Order if your new distributor becomes EAQ during his or her first 60 days.
7. Developer Bonus Pool
To give distributors an opportunity to earn significant transitional income, Lifemax sets aside 2% of its global Business Volume (BV) each month and places it into a pool to support the Developer Bonus. Shares of this Developer Bonus Pool are awarded to the Top Ten distributors who create the most personal EAQs that month - that is, those who mentor the most personally-sponsored distributors to EAQ rank during a specific calendar month.
Example:
If 1,000,000 BV is sold worldwide in one month, 2% x 1,000,000 BV = 20,000 USD in Developer Bonus Pool monies that month. When divided among the Top 10 EAQ-makers, each would receive a 2,000 USD share of that month's pool.
All active and qualified distributors are eligible to participate in this lucrative monthly pool. Eligibility may cross month lines. That is, if a new distributor enrolls in November and becomes EAQ in December, the sponsor will be credited with an EAQ for the December Developer Bonus Pool. There is no time limit currently imposed on how long it might take to bring an enrolled and activated distributor to EAQ rank in order to be counted as a new EAQ for purposes of Developer Bonus eligibility.
Note: In the event of a tie, those distributors with the highest Personal Business Volume (PBV) accrued during the month will be awarded a place in the Top 10 Developer Bonus winners.
8. Senior Leadership Bonuses
Once you achieve the highest Leadership Ranks in the Lifemax plan, you qualify to receive Senior Leadership Bonuses. These bonuses have yet to be quantified, but will be in the future.
Lifemax Compensation Plan pays bonuses and commissions weekly, one week in arrears, with the exception of certain monthly bonus pools. Commissions are calculated each Saturday at Midnight MT and paid at the end of the following week. The schedule of commission payments to certain international markets may be delayed an additional week, and varies depending upon the market.
The Lifemax Compensation Plan is truly revolutionary in its distribution of wealth and its simplicity in richly rewarding the proper activity. Designed to "Maximize" earning potential through immediate and long-term product consumption, the compensation plan begins with your passion for the product and leads to a focus on team-building and leadership development. The Maximizer rewards positive activity with three types of income:
Transactional - Earn immediate income and establish a successful start to your business.
Transitional - Earn income while advancing (or transitioning) through the rank qualifications of the compensation plan -- also known as "earn while you learn" income.
Residual - Earn long-term, reliable income by doing business now and be rewarded over and over again in the future.

Getting Started with Lifemax
Step 1: ENROLL
Enroll online by registering your distributorship for 39.95 USD, electing your Team Office package, selecting your payment preferences, and checking out.
Your 39.95 USD enrollment includes your Business Builder Kit, your first 30 days of your Team Office including self-replicated websites with e-commerce integration, and the rights and responsibilities of becoming a Lifemax Independent Distributor.
At this basic level, you are awarded your Business Center and are eligible to earn Direct Sales Commissions by selling product to Preferred and Retail Customers as well as Product Activation Bonuses generated from the Product Activation Orders of distributors you personally sponsor. There is no purchase requirement to begin earning through the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
Step 2: ACTIVATE
While no product purchase is required to become a distributor, Lifemax is a product-driven company and bases all earned commissions and overrides on the sale and consumption of Mila. Your business will grow and flourish more quickly if you are a satisfied product user and have product on hand to share with others. When choosing the product package with which to "activate" your business, we recommend choosing the one you feel best suits the goals and needs of your new distributorship. 1
When you place a qualifying Product Activation Order, you activate your Lifemax Business Center. To remain "active" after the initial 60-day grace period following the purchase of a Product Activation Order, your distributorship must accrue a minimum of 60 PBV (Personal Business Volume) in a rolling 30-day period (or 120 PBV in a rolling 60-day period). Product orders from Retail and Preferred Customers as well as orders for personal use or resale qualify as PBV.
In order to provide several choices in regard to the quantity of product with which to launch your business, there are currently three Product Activation Packages available: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Points Of Presence: With your purchase of the Platinum package, Lifemax will distribute 50 of your 80 packages of product as POPs (Points of Presence) to whomever you choose and pay the cost of shipping. The Platinum POP program is extended to you for a period of 180 days. Simply enter the contact information of those that you want to share your product with in the POP module of your back office. After 180 days, any remaining product from your Platinum package which has not yet been designated for shipping to the Customer or Prospect of your choice will be returned to you at the shipping address listed in your Team Office. The Platinum package also includes a re-entry certificate that allows you to re-penter your downline genealogy with another single Business Center at a later date once you have reached the rank of Diamond Director.
Step 3: QUALIFY
You've enrolled and activated. The next step is to begin building your business and qualify. You qualify your Business Center by personally sponsoring an enrolled and activated distributor on both your left and right team legs. Be sure to also personally maintain a minimum of 60 BV in each rolling 30-day period to remain active and qualified.
A distributor must be active to be qualified. A distributor must be active and qualified to be eligible to receive Group Volume Bonus, Business Partnership Bonus and Maximizer Bonus.
Congratulations! You are now what we call EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified). You've achieved Rank Level One and are now eligible to begin enjoying the significant financial rewards of the Lifemax Business Opportunity.
Important Reminder: The required Personal Business Volume to advance and/or maintain rank and to remain active and qualified is 60 PBV in any rolling 30-day period (or 120 PBV in a rolling 60-day period).
1. Retail and Preferred Customer Direct Sales Commissions
Selling Lifemax products directly to your customers and building a team that does the same is the foundation of your Lifemax business. Simply put, you earn income by purchasing Lifemax products at wholesale prices and selling them at retail. In addition to retail sales, you can enroll Preferred Customers and earn on every purchase they make. For each one unit of Lifemax Mila purchased by a Retail Customer, you earn a 10 USD sales commission. For each unit of Mila purchased by a Preferred Customer, you earn a 5 USD sales commission, plus 30 BV accrues to the team leg specified by your Team Office placement setting. Preferred Customers also receive a position in your placement tree which remains their Business Center should they choose to enroll as a Lifemax Independent Distributor at a later date. Sales from Retail and Preferred Customers are credited toward your minimum activity requirement, as are the products you purchase for resale and personal use. You need not be personally active or qualified at the time the order is placed to earn profit from the sales made to Retail or Preferred Customers, though it is highly recommended in order to take advantage of the additional aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
2. Product Activation Bonus (PAB)
When you sponsor a new distributor who purchases a Product Activation Order, you receive a Product Activation Bonus (PAB). This bonus pays 30% commission on the BV value of the package purchased by your new personally-sponsored distributor. Fifty percent (50%) of the PAB is paid at the time of activation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is paid to the sponsor if their new distributor qualifies their Business Center (becoming EAQ) within his or her first 60 days.
Example:

A distributor may upgrade from one Product Activation Order to another (Silver to Gold, Silver to Platinum, or Gold to Platinum) at any time without restriction. Only upgrading within your first 60 days of enrollment will qualify your sponsor for a Product Activation Bonus.
As with the direct sales commissions, you need not be personally active or qualified at the time the Product Activation Order is placed to earn the PAB, though it is highly recommended in order to take advantage of the additional aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan.
3. Group Volume Bonus (GVB)
The Group Volume Bonus is another foundational element of the Lifemax Compensation Plan. The Group Volume Bonus portion of the plan is calculated from your placement tree, which consists of two legs, left and right (Fig. 1). You are compensated based on successfully building sales volume within your placement tree. Your sponsor (or anyone else in your placement tree) may also place people in your placement tree.
As a new distributor, your focus is on developing a handful of Retail and Preferred Customers, and building a team to do the same. As your group grows, you are entitled to a 10% GVB based on the total weekly sales volume generated in your lesser leg.
You must be active (with at least 60 PBV in the previous rolling 30-days or 120 PBV in the previous 60-days) and have at least one personally-sponsored and activated distributor on both your left and right team legs to be eligible to earn GVB. Any unpaid volume carries over to the following week. Each Saturday at midnight, your team's BV accumulated in your placement tree's left and right legs will be totaled, and if you have 60 BV or greater in your lesser leg, the GVB will be calculated. If active and qualified, you will earn a Group Volume Bonus equivalent to 10% of the total accumulated Business Volume (based on product sales) of the leg with the lesser BV (your "lesser leg"). The BV upon which the GVB is calculated is determined from both team legs each time a group volume bonus cycles, regardless of weather you are qualified to earn the GVB.
Note:
While PBV in excess of 60 BV in a 30-day period is not required, it is rewarded in the Lifemax Compensation Plan in two ways; however, BV attributed to Product Activation Orders and Upgrades are excluded from both of the following:
1. Large Leg Stabilizer (LLS) - PBV measured dynamically each Saturday night at midnight for the previous rolling 30-day period earns retention of BV that would otherwise be deducted from the large team leg. The LLS is calculated and credited weekly.Monthly BV:
150 PBV OR GREATER = 50% LLS
(50% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)
300 PBV OR GREATER = 100% LLS
(100% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)
2. Personal BV Bonus - bonus calculated and paid monthly to distributors who accrue Personal BV (PBV) at specified thresholds above the required 60 PBV to remain active.Monthly BV:
300 PBV earns a 25 USD Bonus after the close of the month
500 PBV earns a 45 USD Bonus after the close of the month
1,000 PBV earns a 90 USD Bonus after the close of the month
For the following examples, let Team A be your left leg and Team B be your right leg.
Example:
If at the end of the week, Team A has 50,000 BV and Team B has 20,000 BV, your Group Volume Bonus would be 2,000 USD (10% of 20,000 BV). In this example-after bonus calculation-both Teams' volume is reduced by 20,000 BV, resulting in Team B volume resetting to 0 BV and Team A volume decreasing to 30,000 BV, which would be carried over to the next pay period. If, however, at the time of GVB calculation, your Personal Business Volume (PBV) in the previous rolling 30-day period is equal to or exceeds 150 PBV, a fifty percent (50%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 50% of what would otherwise have been deducted from your Team A (larger leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 40,000 BV in Team A.
Should your 30-day PBV equal or exceed 300 PBV, a one-hundred percent (100%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 100% of what would otherwise have been deducted from Team A (large leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 50,000 BV in Team A.
4. Business Partnership Bonus (BPB)
When a personally-sponsored distributor earns a Group Volume Bonus, you qualify for a matching bonus of that distributor's Group Volume Bonus check, called a Business Partnership Bonus. This bonus is designed to encourage close work with personally-sponsored distributors to help them sell product and advance through the ranks of the compensation plan. The Business Partnership Bonus starts at 10% and increases to 50% based on your qualified rank.
Example:
If your personally-sponsored distributor earned a 1,000 USD Group Volume Bonus and you were qualified at the 10% level, you would earn a 100 USD Business Partnership Bonus. If you were qualified at the 50% level, you would earn a 500 USD Business Partnership Bonus (see chart below).

5. Maximizer Bonus
One of the most unique aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan is the weekly Maximizer Bonus, designed to create long-term, reliable residual income. The Maximizer Bonus is a fully integrated unilevel payout based on your personal enrollment tree (Fig. 2) that pays a FULLY-COMPRESSED 40% of total monthly BV through eight (8) generations on all BV to active and qualified distributors (excluding BV paid out through the Product Activation Bonus).
As your rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Maximizer Bonus. Once a qualified "paid as" distributor rank or higher is found on any leg, it completes the first generation of distributors for that particular leg.

If, however, at the time of GVB calculation, your Personal Business Volume (PBV) in the previous rolling 30-day period is equal to or exceeds 150 PBV, a fifty percent (50%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 50% of what would otherwise have been deducted from your Team A (larger leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 40,000 BV in Team A.
Should your 30-day PBV equal or exceed 300 PBV, a one-hundred percent (100%) Large Leg Stabilizer would retain 100% of what would otherwise have been deducted from Team A (large leg) total. Next week would then begin with 0 BV in Team B, and 50,000 BV in Team A.
4. Business Partnership Bonus (BPB)
When a personally-sponsored distributor earns a Group Volume Bonus, you qualify for a matching bonus of that distributor's Group Volume Bonus check, called a Business Partnership Bonus. This bonus is designed to encourage close work with personally-sponsored distributors to help them sell product and advance through the ranks of the compensation plan. The Business Partnership Bonus starts at 10% and increases to 50% based on your qualified rank.
Example:
If your personally-sponsored distributor earned a 1,000 USD Group Volume Bonus and you were qualified at the 10% level, you would earn a 100 USD Business Partnership Bonus. If you were qualified at the 50% level, you would earn a 500 USD Business Partnership Bonus (see chart below).

5. Maximizer Bonus
One of the most unique aspects of the Lifemax Compensation Plan is the weekly Maximizer Bonus, designed to create long-term, reliable residual income. The Maximizer Bonus is a fully integrated unilevel payout based on your personal enrollment tree (Fig. 2) that pays a FULLY-COMPRESSED 40% of total monthly BV through eight (8) generations on all BV to active and qualified distributors (excluding BV paid out through the Product Activation Bonus).
As your rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Maximizer Bonus. Once a qualified "paid as" distributor rank or higher is found on any leg, it completes the first generation of distributors for that particular leg.

6. Mentor Bonus
Another foundation of building a successful Lifemax business is helping your personally-sponsored distributors become EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified). Each time a personally-sponsored distributor reaches the rank of EAQ, you earn a one-time 50 USD Mentor Bonus, regardless of the timeframe in which EAQ status is earned.
As a reminder, another advantage of helping your personally-sponsored distributor earn the rank of EAQ is that you receive the remaining 50% of the Product Activation Bonus for the sale of the Product Activation Order if your new distributor becomes EAQ during his or her first 60 days.
7. Developer Bonus Pool
To give distributors an opportunity to earn significant transitional income, Lifemax sets aside 2% of its global Business Volume (BV) each month and places it into a pool to support the Developer Bonus. Shares of this Developer Bonus Pool are awarded to the Top Ten distributors who create the most personal EAQs that month - that is, those who mentor the most personally-sponsored distributors to EAQ rank during a specific calendar month.
Example:
If 1,000,000 BV is sold worldwide in one month, 2% x 1,000,000 BV = 20,000 USD in Developer Bonus Pool monies that month. When divided among the Top 10 EAQ-makers, each would receive a 2,000 USD share of that month's pool.
All active and qualified distributors are eligible to participate in this lucrative monthly pool. Eligibility may cross month lines. That is, if a new distributor enrolls in November and becomes EAQ in December, the sponsor will be credited with an EAQ for the December Developer Bonus Pool. There is no time limit currently imposed on how long it might take to bring an enrolled and activated distributor to EAQ rank in order to be counted as a new EAQ for purposes of Developer Bonus eligibility.
Note: In the event of a tie, those distributors with the highest Personal Business Volume (PBV) accrued during the month will be awarded a place in the Top 10 Developer Bonus winners.
8. Senior Leadership Bonuses
Once you achieve the highest Leadership Ranks in the Lifemax plan, you qualify to receive Senior Leadership Bonuses. These bonuses have yet to be quantified, but will be in the future.
Lifemax Compensation Plan pays bonuses and commissions weekly, one week in arrears, with the exception of certain monthly bonus pools. Commissions are calculated each Saturday at Midnight MT and paid at the end of the following week. The schedule of commission payments to certain international markets may be delayed an additional week, and varies depending upon the market.
